If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of our service, please tell the staff member you are dealing with or their manager, and we will try to fix the problem immediately.
We take your concerns seriously and if the complaint is not resolved quickly then you may initiate our internal complaints procedure by using the complaints form below.
Our complaints procedure sets out time frames for a response to your complaint, who will respond and how your complaint will be handled.
If we do not resolve your complaint or concern to your satisfaction through our internal complaints procedure, then you can contact our independent disputes resolution service, IFSO. Full details are in our QFE Disclosure Statement, and will be provided to you through our efforts to resolve any problems.
